Definition:  in blogspeak, an idea that is spread from blog to blog

…this idea came from LiveJournal for me and I brought it over here :)

Basically its my 365 project where no matter how good or bad the day I need to think of one thing that I was/am happy about… no matter how small.

I ask people to tell me what made them happy so I (and others) can look over this and know that no matter how bad the day there is always something beautiful in the world… sometimes we just have to look a bit harder

Doing this from now on.
